In today’s digital era, having strategy is becoming increasingly important for businesses of all sizes and industries. As technology continues to advance, customers are becoming increasingly connected and are demanding more seamless and personalized digital experiences. In order to remain competitive, many companies are investing in digital technologies and developing digital strategies to better engage customers and improve their operations.
Also, as the importance of digital technology in business increase day by day, it is becoming more and more common for companies to have a dedicated digital team or even chief digital officer (CDO) in place to oversee the development and implementation of their digital strategy.

- Netflix is another company that has successfully leveraged digital technology to disrupt a traditional industry, the company’s streaming services have revolutionized the way we consume content, and it has become the go-to service for many people around the world.
It is important to note that a digital strategy is not a one-time project, but rather an ongoing process that needs to be continuously adapted, tweaked, monitored, and evaluated as the internal and external environment is changing over time.
