And here’s a NOTE: Remember that winter clothes are like resources in our organization – necessary but not always currently used.

It’s entirely different with summer clothes. Due to the recurring heat every year, assuming an average temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. Our clothes, depending on the color, literally boil, and underneath them, we feel the heat. In the summer, we should pay particular attention to thermal comfort, so it’s worth understanding how our clothes react to an average temperature of 25°C.
Effects of Different Color Clothing on Body Temperature
Dark clothes: At this temperature, they can heat up to around 32-35°C, which can cause discomfort and excessive sweating. Medium-colored clothes: They heat up to around 28-31°C, providing slightly better body temperature regulation than dark clothes. Light-colored clothes: At 25°C, they heat up to about 24-27°C, meaning they have less impact on increasing our body’s temperature.
