Andrea Manti is a practitioner deeply passionate about change and people development. His work focuses on helping individuals and organizations navigate transformational journeys by strengthening human capability, communication, and soft skills.
He brings 16 years of experience in the automotive industry. Andrea has held roles in Continuous Improvement, Business Excellence, Supply Chain, and Global Lean leadership, working across multinational environments. His career includes positions at Cooper Standard, where he served as Senior Manager Continuous Improvement and TWI Master Trainer for Europe, as well as leadership roles at ABB E-mobility, SFC Solutions, and most recently as Process Excellence Manager at Argotec.

Johan Zentjens is a practitioner who serves organizations in their journey to continuously eliminate waste and to create value. His work focuses on the linking pin: people. He trains individuals and teams in seeing how each one can make the difference for an organization, as well as how to deliver quality on time in a safe way in a sustainable way. His speciality is developing team leaders and supervisor skills in manufacturing and logistics how to apply TWI’s Job Instruction, Job Methods, Job Relation and Job Safety.
He brings over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Johan has held roles in Technology Development, Information Technology, Operational Excellence, Organizational development and Continuous Improvement, working across multinational environments. His career includes positions at Alcoa, SKF, Bosch, and Philips. Since 2015 Johan serves industry in the high-tech as independent trainer, coach and advisor.

One of the most recognizable Toyota Kata practitioners in the world, creator of the Kata Coaching Dojo, and former plant manager at Festool, where he and his team implemented Kata since 2007 as part of Mike Rother’s research. Winner of the “Factory of the Year” and “Industrial Excellence Awards.” Co-author of the book “Giving Wings to Her Team” (with Jeffrey Liker), he coaches leaders and learning organizations. He will speak at the Lean TWI Summit 2026 with a keynote address and two workshops: Coaching Dojo and AI in Kata Coaching.

TWI Workshop: Creating TWI Work Instructions Using AI

Kamil Müller is a practitioner and advocate of Training Within Industry (TWI) and Lean Management, serving on the Board of Directors at LeanTrix. He leads TWI implementations across multiple manufacturing sites in Poland, delivering projects for companies such as Danone, B/S/H, Whirlpool, Geberit, Viessmann, Recaro, Lear Corporation, and many others.
Kamil specializes in work standardization, process improvement, and leadership development, supporting organizations in building strong supervisor capabilities through TWI Job Instruction, Job Methods, and Kaizen-based problem solving.
He is also a co-founder of eTWI, a digital platform for standardized work and skill development management, and co-creator of Lean Community, a network connecting Lean practitioners across Poland and beyond.
Kamil is the author of various publications on TWI and Lean practices. His mission: to empower people and help organizations build effective, engaged, and future-ready teams.

Dr. Bartosz Misiurek is a co-founder of a few start-ups like Leantrix, Lean Community, Leancoin, etwi, Lean Global Consulting, Sallar. He is a CEO at LeanTrix Ltd., Leancoin Ltd, Do Lean IT OU, and a Member of the Board at Astral Hodling OU. Author of the book “Standardized Work with TWI: Eliminating Human Errors in Production and Service Processes.” He works as Sr Manager and TWI Global Coach at Automotive Company.

He is a Senior Consultant of the TWI program and Lean Management at LeanTrix. He is also a leader in the startup project - etwi system. He was a member of a global team that implemented the TPM system for several automotive plants in Europe, Asia, South America and North America.
