One of the most recognizable Toyota Kata practitioners in the world, creator of the Kata Coaching Dojo, and former plant manager at Festool, where he and his team implemented Kata since 2007 as part of Mike Rother’s research. Winner of the “Factory of the Year” and “Industrial Excellence Awards.” Co-author of the book “Giving Wings to Her Team” (with Jeffrey Liker), he coaches leaders and learning organizations.He will speak at the Lean TWI Summit 2026 with a keynote address and two workshops: Coaching Dojo and AI in Kata Coaching.
