Has been working on the implementation of the Lean Management since 2007 and is the author of over 50 articles concerning Lean Management, which were published in several countries. Is also the author of a book about Lean and the TWI program and has appeared at many international conferences. Currently cooperates with Automotive Company as a TWI and Lean Global Coach that supports the implementation of TWI in over 60 plants in 4 continents. He is CEO at LeanTrix – global Lean Consulting company. Conducted over 1000 practical workshops in the field of TWI in over 20 countries around the world. Studied at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where he obtained a PhD in technical sciences related to the implementation of TWI in automated processes.
He is a blockchain technology enthusiast. From 2020, he develops the concept of Lean Management Token and Lean Global Community.
Privately, a father of three sons. Loves physical activity, especially running andhas already completed many marathons and half marathons.
