Bogusław Zambok

A graduate of the Upper Silesian University of Economics in Katowice in the field of Sociology and the University of Technology and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała in the field of Management and Production Engineering. He has been involved in production processes since 2005, Currently TWI / BTO Coordinator and Trainer at Cooper Standard Automotive Polska in Bielsko-Biała. Member of the Polish Association of TWI Practitioners, certified TWI Instructor and practitioner of this method, responsible for the implementation of the training program at the Cooper Standard Bielsko-Biała factory. He completed the Train The Trainer course and conducted dozens of training courses related to the subject of production. Currently, a project leader whose goal is to develop a comprehensive approach to the training process from the administrative side, with particular emphasis on production needs - from onboarding to rotation management. Earlier projects include optimization of the training process and creation of workplace documentation in the development phase of new projects, automation of the labeling process of finished products, or computerization of workstations. Privately, husband and father and a rescuer of the Beskidzka Group of GOPR. Due to his membership in GOPR and his love for the mountains, he spends a lot of time with his family in the mountains.
